Alexander Shimoff started their career in 2014 as a Senior Financial Consultant Assistant at AXA for a period of five months. In 2014, they also worked as a Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley for two months. From 2015 to 2018, Shimoff was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and later became an Investment Banking Analyst at the same company. In 2018, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Real Estate Private Equity Senior Associate and worked there until 2022. Recently, Shimoff joined GTIS Partners in 2022 as an Acquisition Associate and later became an Acquisition Vice President.

Alexander Shimoff obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business in the years 2012-2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2016.
