Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and financial analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Van Metre Companies since October 2019, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Land Acquisition at the same firm. Prior experience includes a role in land acquisition at Beazer Homes from May 2014 to September 2019, along with a position as Senior System Analyst at CACI International Inc. from February 2011 to April 2014. Additional roles include Planning, Budgeting, Control, and Account Analyst at Freddie Mac and Accounting Analyst at Circuit City. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Longwood University.
