Amanda Matthews

Amanda Matthews, MBA, MSCRE has extensive experience in asset management, property management, and tenant relations. Amanda currently holds the position of Vice President Asset Management at GTIS Partners, where they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Macquarie Group as Vice President, Asset Management from April 2022 to June 2023. Amanda also served as Assistant Vice President, Asset Management at Black Creek Group from August 2019 to April 2022.

Before moving into asset management roles, Amanda gained experience in property management. Amanda worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lincoln Property Company Atlanta from June 2017 to August 2019, where they managed a team and oversaw 2.6 million square feet of commercial office buildings. Amanda also held property management positions at Parkway Realty Services from April 2015 to October 2016 and Cushman and Wakefield from July 2014 to April 2015.

Amanda began their career in the real estate industry as an Assistant Property Manager at Nightingale Realty from November 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Tenant Relations Specialist at Colliers International | Kansas City from January 2012 to November 2012.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in maximizing performance, managing construction projects, budgeting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Their educational background includes an MBA and an MSCRE degree.

Amanda Matthews holds a Master's degree in Commercial Real Estate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University (2021-2022). Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting at Baker University (2014-2015). Amanda also obtained an MBA from Baker University, specializing in Marketing and International Business between 2011 and 2013. Amanda earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Stephens College in 2007.
