Juliana Baldin has extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as a Member of the Committee of Analysis of Investment Opportunities at GTIS Partners since May 2011, where responsibilities include advising on legal and regulatory matters during due diligence for investment opportunities. Juliana has held various leadership roles at GTIS Partners, including Managing Director and Director of Legal Affairs, focusing on areas such as IPOs, structured financings, M&As, and compliance with Brazilian Anticorruption and Data Protection Laws. Prior to GTIS Partners, Juliana gained experience as an Associate Lawyer at Machado Meyer Advogados and TozziniFreire Advogados. Juliana holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo, a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo.
