Jon Butler

Jon Butler is an experienced product leader currently serving as Head of Product at GTMaritime since November 2024. Previously, Jon held the position of Product Owner at ShipServ from March 2021 to April 2024, where responsibility included overseeing a platform that facilitated $6 billion in trade by connecting ship owners and suppliers, contributing to 85% of the company's revenue. Jon's earlier career includes key roles at Videotel as Product Owner and Technical Account Manager, as well as various positions at Microsoft Ltd, where Jon managed services for partners and provided technical support. Jon began a career in customer support and technical roles at The Exchange and The Insurance Trading Exchange. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Brooklands Technical College.
