Jr Butler

JR Butler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As the CEO and Founder of Shift Group since January 2022, JR Butler focuses on connecting athletes and veterans with fulfilling careers. Additional roles include Limited Partner at GTMfund and a member of Pavilion. JR Butler previously served as GTM Adviser and Chief Revenue Officer at Pillir, where contributions involved shaping go-to-market strategies and fostering strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Turbonomic and VMTurbo, as well as business development and account management positions at Lumenate and International Computerware, Inc. JR Butler holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
