Currently serving as Director of the Sweeney Manufacturing Division at GTR Manufacturing & ProtoPlus since April 2023 and as Principal at 3R Consults since September 2022, Chris also holds the position of Director of Operations at Sweeney Metal Fabricators, Inc. since June 1997. In this role, Chris manages daily operations of a sheet metal and machining shop, overseeing sales, customer relations, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and human resources. Additionally, Chris has implemented a comprehensive Export Compliance program as ITAR Administrator for Sweeney Metal Fabricators. Chris's career also includes a role as Production Controller at Sweeney Machining from January 1998 to November 2003.
