Joseph Southwell

Joseph Southwell has extensive experience in sales leadership and management within the telecommunications and IT services industry. Currently serving as the Global Channel Manager and VP of Sales for the Southeast Region at GTT since July 2016, Joseph focuses on developing and growing the region while leveraging GTT's Global Tier 1 IP Network to enhance customer connectivity to the cloud. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Sales at EarthLink from May 2000 to May 2016, where Joseph contributed to serving a vast client base, and a position as Regional Sales Manager at Actel Integrated Communications from June 1998 to April 2000. Earlier career experience includes working as Branch Sales Manager and Account Executive at e.spire Communications from June 1995 to June 1998. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia, earned in 1990.
