Michel Verwaerde

Michel Verwaerde is an experienced leader in the telecommunications and IT sectors, currently serving as Country Leader for Belgium-Luxemburg at GTT since June 2018, focused on customer satisfaction, employee welfare, and business growth. Michel also holds the position of Country Manager for Interoute Belux since November 2015, overseeing the integration of Easynet Group's Belgian entities to drive growth. Prior roles include Country Manager at Easynet Group, where Michel significantly increased the Belgian entity's growth, and various leadership positions at T-Systems, where responsibilities included ICT presales, marketing, and sales strategy. Education includes a Master’s in applied economic sciences from the Vlaamse Economische Hogeschool Brussel and additional executive training in management and sales.
