Morten Henckel

Morten Henckel has over 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Morten started their career at TDC in 1991, where they worked on network development and the design of TDC's European network. Morten then joined Global Crossing as a Carrier Relations Manager before returning to TDC as Manager of International Solutions and Service Delivery. In 2008, they joined Vopium A/S as a Project Manager, where they focused on building a scalable VOIP platform. From 2009 to 2018, Morten worked at Interoute, where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, and Presales Manager. Morten then moved to GTT in 2018, initially as a Senior Solution Consultant and currently as the Sales Engineering Lead for Nordics & CEE. In these roles, they have gained expertise in SD-WAN, MPLS, internet access, and IP transit solutions. Morten has also managed teams of highly skilled Sales Engineers throughout their career.

Morten Henckel obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, completing their education in the years 1984 to 1990. Prior to this, they attended Nyborg Private realskole, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
