Rich Schnelt

Rich Schnelt has extensive experience in sales operations and finance. Rich is currently employed as the Sales Compensation Director at GTT since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Provation from May 2021 to March 2022, and at Elsevier from October 2017 to May 2021. Rich also held the position of Director - Sales Operations, NA Industrial at Belden Inc. from October 2014 to August 2017. Before that, they worked as the Director of Sales Planning and Analysis at Viasystems from October 2010 to October 2014, and as the Sales Controller at Viasystems Group from 2006 to October 2010. Their earlier experience includes working as the Area Finance Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises from December 1996 to May 2005.

Rich Schnelt attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rich Schnelt's high school education was at Cuba High School, although specific dates and degrees earned are unknown.
