Vesela Popova is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer operations and service delivery. Currently serving as a Vendor Escalations Manager and previously as a Complex Customer Operations Manager at GTT since July 2018, Vesela has developed expertise in managing vendor relations and enhancing customer experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Delivery Coordinator at Interoute and a Marketing Specialist at Yana Ltd. Bulgaria. Vesela began a career in sales, working as a Sales Consultant at Mobiltel, Megalan Network Ltd., and Spectrum Net. Academically, Vesela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications from the International Business School between 2013 and 2016.
