Vicki Jones

Vicki Jones serves as the Director of Vendor Management at GTT since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing vendor relationships for global access services such as Wireless 4G/5G, Colocation, dark fiber, ethernet, and broadband to support SD-WAN and other GTT offerings. Prior experience includes directing access optimization at Level 3 Communications and overseeing product reporting, in addition to roles in EMEA access product management. At Global Crossing, Vicki held senior positions involving planning, analysis, and product management, including the launch of a global MPLS product. Early career contributions at Broadwing Communications focused on customer satisfaction and marketing implementation of telecommunications products. Vicki holds an MBA in Accounting from St. Edward's University.
