GTX Finance
The best way to think of GTX Finance is as a bridge to a CFO for Series A-ish companies. We provide the same essential functions of a CFO & finance team but on a part-time, as-needed basis, allowing you to get the outputs that you need to run your business successfully without taking on the overhead of an expensive full-time C-suite exec that you may not need yet. Once your company grows to the point at which a full time CFO or FP&A department makes sense, we can help you interview, onboard the new hire(s), and then ride off into the sunset. At the core of what we do is our comprehensive financial model, which takes into account all of the key inputs of your business. Once we have a forecast in place, we're pretty flexible as to where management would like us to focus our efforts. Depending on the client, we spend our time performing any and all of the following: -Forecasting & Budgeting -Financial Strategy -Business metrics & analysis -BOD reporting -SW Implementations (Netsuite, Carta, Bill.com, etc) -Assistance with fundraising -Accounting/operational improvements
