Eric Kong

Eric Kong is a Senior Project Engineer at the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, specializing in water and wastewater treatment systems since October 2024. Previously, Kong worked as a Project Engineer at Freese and Nichols from January 2017 to September 2024, focusing on the design of various chemical feed systems. Eric's experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin and as a Project Intern at AECOM, where responsibilities involved environmental assessments and contaminant analysis. Additionally, Eric served as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University and held positions in geotechnical analysis and research assistance during studies at Texas A&M, culminating in a Master's degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
