Rayna Cruz

Rayna Cruz is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently, Rayna serves as Co-Owner of School Essentials since March 2021, while also holding the role of PCIII/EHR Project Manager at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, where expertise in electronic health record implementation is applied. Previous experience includes managing over 50 properties as Operations Manager at PDHF, coordinating workforce development programs at the Department of Labor for the Government of Guam, and working in project management and account management roles at BrowneMusser and Spring Studio. Rayna began a career in banking as Pro-Assistant Cashier/Operations Officer at Bank of Guam. Educationally, Rayna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Francisco State University.
