Therese Paula Pelayo

Therese Paula Pelayo, MBA, MSML, currently serves as a Hospital Planning Supervisor at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, having held various titles within the organization since July 2021, including Hospital Planning Specialist II and Buyer Supervisor II. Alongside this role, Therese operates as a part-time Illustrator for Illustrations by Paula since October 2018 and previously worked as a Youth Program Outreach and Engagement Coordinator at Sanctuary of Guam from May 2019 to May 2020. Prior experience includes serving in the United States Air Force from June 2013 to February 2019, where Therese held positions such as Executive Administrator in the Commander's Action Group, Weapon System Analyst, and Logistics Specialist. Additional experience includes an accounting internship at Merlin Cavallin CPA/XpressCPA in late 2018. Therese's education encompasses multiple advanced degrees in Management and Leadership, Business Administration, and Counseling, as well as certifications in professional supply management from Defense Acquisition University and an Associate degree in Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force.
