Paul Lesny

Paul Lesny is an experienced IT professional with a focus on infrastructure and security management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security at Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company since January 2022, Paul oversees critical security measures and infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Paul worked in various capacities including Senior PAM Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included training in privileged access management and security consulting, and Security Engineer II at Grainger, where Paul architected and deployed advanced security systems. Additionally, Paul has experience as an Assistant Property Manager for a family business, where financial management and renovations of multiple properties were undertaken. Paul holds a degree from Northeastern Illinois University and has a strong foundation in both IT and operational roles across diverse industries.
