Carol Viamonte

Carol Viamonte is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in project and account management at Guaranteed Rate since July 2017. As a Compliance Manager, Carol oversees the Marketing Compliance – Marketing Service Agreement (MSA) department, managing key relationships with executive management and external clients while ensuring systematic reviews and execution of MSAs from merged companies. Previous roles at Guaranteed Rate include Senior Compliance Analyst, where Carol focused on Event Marketing Compliance during the pandemic, and Loan Coordinator, responsible for finalizing loans in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior to Guaranteed Rate, Carol worked as an Oncology Information Specialist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America®, coordinating care for international patients, and held management and sales roles at Aflac. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
