Ethan Livingston

Ethan Livingston is an experienced marketing and sales professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Guaranteed Rate since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ethan held the position of Regional Sales Leader at American Pacific Mortgage from July 2019 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader and Business Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from August 2016 to March 2019, and engaging in Business Development at Fidelity National Title from August 2011 to August 2016, as well as at North American Title between June 2002 and August 2011, where Ethan also had responsibilities as Customer Service Manager. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Management & Ethics and Bible & Theology from William Jessup University.
