Mike McMorrow

Mike McMorrow has over 25 years of experience litigating high-stakes financial services, commercial, telecom, regulatory, and privacy suits across various court levels. Currently serving as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Rate, they have previously held positions as Principal at McMorrow Law, P.C., and Partner at Edelson McGuire LLC, focusing on complex class action and commercial litigation. They also worked as Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP and held several roles early in their career, including Law Clerk at Gould & Wilkie. Mike earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, and is currently completing the Mediations Skills Training Program at Northwestern University.
