Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Purchase Strategy & Production at Paramount Bank, Vice President of Mortgage Production at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, and Senior Vice President of National Sales at BBMC Mortgage, among others. Pablo began a career in the mortgage industry at Chicago Bancorp as a Senior Mortgage Banker and has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales and production strategies throughout a career that spans over two decades. Pablo holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
