Stephanie Cox

Stephanie Cox has an extensive background in strategic initiatives and compensation management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Guaranteed Rate since June 2014. Stephanie has progressed through various roles within the company, including Vice President positions in both Strategic Initiatives and Compensation, as well as Compensation Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Internal Auditor. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Accountant at Legacy Professionals LLP from January 2014 to June 2014 and as a Tax Intern at John LeMay and Associates in early 2013. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from DePaul University, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2013, and graduated from Hinsdale Central High in 2007.
