Tom Hajda

Tom Hajda has extensive legal and executive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as EVP and General Counsel at Guaranteed Rate since June 2015. Prior to this role, Tom served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at EverBank Financial Corp from 2002 to August 2014, and as SVP and General Counsel at the same organization. Tom's experience also includes a position as SVP and Deputy General Counsel at HomeSide Lending, Inc. from 1993 to 2002. Tom Hajda holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brown University and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, both attained between 1980 and 1983.
