Yesha Sutaria Hoeppner

Yesha Sutaria Hoeppner currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Guaranteed Rate, having held several positions within the company since June 2020, including Vice President and Senior Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Litigation Counsel at Allstate from December 2018 to June 2020 and as Partner at SmithAmundsen LLC, where Yesha was involved in Class Action and Commercial Litigation from 2010 to 2018. Yesha began legal career as a Student Attorney at the Wisconsin Innocence Project and completed a Summer Associate position at SmithAmundsen LLC in 2009. Yesha holds a B.A. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations and Political Science from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
