Heather Cody

Heather Cody is a seasoned professional in the mortgage underwriting field, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Guaranty Bank & Trust since August 2013. In this role, Heather specializes in underwriting for various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, and USDA, and holds DE and SAR/LAPP certifications. Prior to joining Guaranty Bank & Trust, Heather spent over two decades at Peoples Bank as Vice President of Compliance. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which was earned between 1983 and 1990.
