Aprajita Mathur

Aprajita Mathur is an experienced bioinformatics professional currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics Software Test Engineering at Guardant Health since April 2018, overseeing verification and validation efforts for oncology and screening software in regulated environments. Previously, Aprajita held roles at Guardant Health including Associate Director and Sr. Manager, focusing on cross-functional product initiatives and team development. Prior to Guardant Health, Aprajita contributed to Illumina in various software engineering and testing roles, leading efforts for multiple product lines and performing extensive testing on genomic software. Early career experience includes research at San Diego State University Research Foundation and software engineering at Accenture.
