Darby Pavlasek

Darby Pavlasek, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director, Commercial People Business Partner and interim Head of Talent Acquisition at Guardant Health since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Senior District Business Manager and Hematology Oncology Consultant at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2019 to September 2022, and various positions at Celgene Corporation from November 2007 to November 2019, including Hematology Oncology Consultant and Associate Director of Human Resources. Earlier in their career, Pavlasek held HR leadership roles at Triumph Group, Hanley Wood Exhibitions, Launchpad Communications, Event411.com, and New Energy, with a strong focus on human resources and training. Education was completed at Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from 1986 to 1990.
