Darya Chudova

Darya Chudova is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in bioinformatics and software development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Guardant Health since August 2015, Darya has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Technology Development. Prior to Guardant Health, Darya was an Associate Director of Bioinformatics at Illumina, where a team developed analytical methods for non-invasive prenatal testing. Darya also contributed as a bioinformatics consultant at Veracyte, Inc., developing a genomic test for benign thyroid nodules, and worked at Yahoo on predictive models. Darya's early career includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at Thomas Bros. Maps and a Statistical Programmer at HNC Software. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from UC Irvine and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
