Matt Doherty

Matt Doherty is a seasoned professional in clinical operations and laboratory management with extensive experience in the biotechnology field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Guardant Health since June 2020, Matt previously held various leadership roles at Illumina, including Associate Director of Laboratory Operations and Development. Earlier career experiences include positions at Verinata Health, Inc. and Genzyme Genetics/Integrated Oncology, where Matt developed expertise in molecular laboratory services. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Northeastern University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
