Rodel Palmario

Rodel Palmario is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and management. Currently serving as QA Manager at Guardhouse since October 2024, Rodel has previously held significant roles such as Test Manager at Seven Seven, where leadership of a 13-member QA team was key to delivering high-quality software for projects including Allianz and PNB Life Insurance Inc. Rodel’s background also includes roles as a Quality Assurance Test Lead for Bank of Commerce and a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for the Asian Development Bank, where a focus on meticulous testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams helped ensure product excellence. Earlier experience at Tsukiden Global Solutions Inc. involved supervising multiple teams and overseeing project schedules, while foundational roles at McDonald's and SM Supermalls provided early professional exposure. Rodel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bulacan State University.
