Deidra Parsons, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Guardian Access Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this role, Deidra held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Celero Commerce from April 2021 to May 2023, where the focus was on enhancing payment processing services for small and medium-sized businesses. Deidra's extensive experience includes roles as Human Resources Leader at Commercial Insurance Associates, and various HR positions within Airtech International Inc., PROADVANTAGE Supply Chain Services, ABC Technologies, Kelly Services, Macy's, and Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Western Kentucky University.
