Matt Cherouny

Vice President Of Supply & Manufacturing at Guardian Agriculture

Matt Cherouny has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply & Manufacturing at Guardian Agriculture since March 2023. Prior to this, they established their own company, Cherouny LLC, in November 2022, where they assumed the role of CEO.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Matt worked at Beta Technologies as the Head of Manufacturing from November 2020 to November 2022. Matt gained extensive experience in manufacturing and systems engineering at Tesla, where they served as a Staff Manufacturing & Systems Engineer from January 2016 to September 2020.

Matt also has experience as a Sailboat Captain on a private yacht from December 2013 to January 2015 and as a co-founder of CAST Touring from 2012 to 2014. Matt started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in May 2008, where they worked until October 2012.

Matt Cherouny obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended South Burlington High School from 2000 to 2004, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for this education. In addition to their formal education, Matt Cherouny has obtained various certifications including Avalanche Level I, II from ASI, CPR from the American Red Cross, Deep Water Scuba Diver from PADI, First Aid from the American Red Cross, and Lifeguard from the American Red Cross. The months and years of when these certifications were obtained were not provided.
