Neha Yale, MBA, PMP, ITIL-f has a strong background in IT and program management. Neha is currently the Director of the Enterprise Program Office, Strategy & Planning at Guardian Alarm, where they oversee daily operations and strategic priorities. Neha'sresponsibilities include driving organizational process and performance-based maturity, leading multi-year technology and business roadmaps, and enhancing customer experience and employee engagement.

Prior to this, Neha served as the VP of IT Customer Relationship Management, PMO, Service Management, and Site Delivery at Beaumont Health. During their tenure, they successfully operationalized a CIO vision of IT engagement aligned with business objectives, transformed various IT divisions, and achieved notable success in delivering key projects.

Neha also held the position of SVP of IT Strategy & Planning, Service Delivery at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica), where they led IT integration efforts for mergers and divestitures. Additionally, they have worked in various program management and service delivery roles at HP Enterprise Services and EDS.
