Lori Resendiz is a seasoned wellness and fitness professional with extensive experience in managing fitness programs and empowering individuals in their health journeys. Currently serving as the Wellness Coordinator at Guardian Angels Senior Services since October 2018, Lori previously held roles as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness Evolution Minnesota, and as Fitness Supervisor at the City of Maplewood. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Fitness Director for both the YMCA of Greater Saint Paul and the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Lori's expertise in program development, staff motivation, and community engagement is complemented by a strong educational background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
