Jacquelyn Wiest

Jacquelyn Wiest has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jacquelyn started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the County of Bucks, where they conducted employment verifications, reference checks, and scheduled interviews. Jacquelyn later became a Human Resources Generalist, performing administrative duties associated with hiring personnel and ensuring compliance with county and collective bargaining procedures.

Jacquelyn gained further experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they scheduled candidate interviews, prepared onboarding documents, and organized personnel files. Jacquelyn also worked at Guardian Asset Management (GAM), first as an HR Generalist, where they supported employee development, implemented HR strategies, and managed employee records. Later, they became the Human Resources Manager, responsible for managing personnel and overseeing HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Jacquelyn also served as the Company Pandemic Safety Officer.

In addition to their HR roles, Jacquelyn has also held positions outside of the HR field. Jacquelyn worked as an Operations Manager at Gander Mountain, resolving administrative problems, training new employees, and ensuring compliance. Jacquelyn also served as an Assistant Operations Manager at the same company, and their responsibilities included reconciling cash drawers and training new employees.

Prior to that, they studied Environmental Studies at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 2010 to 2011, although they did not obtain a degree during this time.
