Brady Riley has had a diverse work experience in various roles. Brady started working as an Emergency Medical Technician at Columbus Regional Health in 2019, where they provided comprehensive emergency medical care and transported patients to hospitals and trauma centers. Later in the same year, they joined Jackson County EMS as an Emergency Medical Technician. In 2020, Brady became a Firefighter/EMT at Seymour Fire Department, where they responded to alarms, extinguished fires, and provided medical assistance. The following year, they joined Scottsburg Fire & Rescue in the same role, performing firefighting duties and maintaining the fire station. In 2022, they worked as a Production Coordinator at Guardian Bikes. Currently, Brady is working as a County Councilman at Jackson County, IN, where they have financial responsibilities such as fixing tax rates, making appropriations, and adopting annual budgets.

Brady Riley's education history begins with their high school diploma, obtained from Crothersville Jr. Sr. High School between 2013 and 2017. Afterward, they attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2015 to 2017 and obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. In 2018, Brady attended Ivy Tech Community College again, this time studying Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) but did not obtain a degree. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Indiana University Southeast.

Aside from formal education, Brady also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they acquired the certification of Emergency Medical Technician from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Following that, in 2019, they became a certified Rope Rescue Technician by the State of Indiana. In 2021, Brady obtained the certification of Fire Investigator I from the State of Indiana, and in 2022, they obtained further certifications as a Fire Inspector I and Incident Safety Officer, both also from the State of Indiana.
