Michele Robitaille, CPA, CA, CFA, CBV has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michele started their career as a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993, where they worked for three years before transitioning to the role of Associate in Financial Advisory Services in 1996. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers, they joined Canaccord Genuity Inc. as an Equity Research Analyst, specializing in Special Situations. Michele worked there for two years before joining Scotiabank as an Equity Research Analyst focused on Diversified Financials. After their time at Scotiabank, they worked as an Equity Research Analyst at National Bank Financial, specializing in Diversified Income Trusts. In 2003, Michele joined Guardian Capital Group as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, where they have been responsible for overseeing investment portfolios. In May 2021, Michele assumed the role of Managing Director and Head of Responsible Investing at Guardian Capital Group. Their extensive experience in financial analysis and management makes their a valuable asset in their current position.

Michele Robitaille, CPA CA, CFA, CBV completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at The University of British Columbia from 1989 to 1993. Michele also obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. In addition, they earned the title of Chartered Business Valuator from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Michele further expanded their knowledge and expertise by completing a certification titled "ESG: Navigating the Board's Role" at Berkeley Law Executive Education in December 2022.
