Ted MacKlin

Ted Macklin has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ted served as the Managing Director and Head of Canadian Equity at Guardian Capital starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director of Canadian Equity at the same company from September 2000 to May 2021. Before joining Guardian Capital, Ted was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bolton Tremblay/Montrusco Bolton from February 1997 to September 2000. Ted also worked as a Portfolio Manager at Elliott & Page Limited from December 1990 to February 1997 and as an Assistant Portfolio Manager from July 1989 to December 1990. Ted started their career as an Investment Analyst at Elliott & Page Limited from February 1986 to July 1989. Ted began their professional journey as an Analyst in Corporate Development at Confederation Life Insurance Company from May 1983 to January 1986.

Ted Macklin attended the University of Toronto from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree.
