Thomas Caruso

Thomas Caruso is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board membership and portfolio operations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Nwestco LLC and LINX LLLP, Caruso also holds multiple board positions at American Overhead Door and Dock Inc., Peak Electric, and Precision Roll Solutions. Previously, Caruso was a Managing Partner and Partner in Portfolio Operations at Guardian Capital Partners, overseeing various aspects of investment management. Caruso's leadership capabilities were further showcased as a Senior Operating Partner at Graham Partners, where responsibilities included investment diligence, strategic planning, and exit preparations. An alumnus of the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management with an MBA, Caruso also holds a BA in Economics and Russian Language from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Caruso has academic experience from Moscow State University.
