Courtney Schleidt

Courtney Schleidt is a Human Resources Operations Manager at Guardian Dentistry Partners since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in client service and payroll operations. Prior to this role, Courtney spent nearly 15 years at Paychex, advancing through various positions from Payroll Specialist to Senior Client Service Representative, where high-level client service and technical support were provided for a substantial number of payroll clients. Courtney holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Middlesex Community College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
