Jonathan Jorcin

Jonathan Jorcin possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving in M&A and Corporate Development at Guardian Childcare & Education since July 2019. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of M&A Vice President - Financial Sponsors at Investec Australia from August 2017 to July 2019, and previously worked as M&A Associate Director at both Deloitte Australia and goetzpartners. Jonathan began their career in finance with internships as a Junior Auditor at Crowe Horwath International, a Financial Analyst at BMW Financial Services, and a Credit Analyst at HSBC. Academically, Jonathan earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school, a Master's Degree in Finance from National Taiwan University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
