Andres Rubalcava

Andres Rubalcava is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Sr. Design Engineer at Guardian since May 2022, Rubalcava co-designed the award-winning B7 Comfort Harness, enhancing design, testing, and manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes roles at Bellows Systems, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where oversight of manufacturing processes ensured quality and precision, and at ArcoTech Drilling as a Mechanical Design Engineer, which involved creating 3D models and coordinating between engineering and manufacturing. Additionally, in the role of Lead Product Engineer, Rubalcava led the development and optimization of the ArcoPulse Oscillation Tool, significantly increasing field usage and improving design efficiency. Rubalcava holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
