Don Thompson

Don Thompson is an experienced professional in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Engineered Systems at Guardian Fall Protection since March 2016. In this role, Don oversees sales, operations, and engineering for the Engineered Systems division, which successfully completes over 400 projects annually across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this position, Don held the title of General Manager at U.S Fall Protection and worked as the Eastern U.S Territory Manager for Guardian's Engineered Services Group. With a solid foundation in sales and customer service, gained at R.E. Becker Builders and City Uniforms and Linen, Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University.
