Duncan Mosely

Duncan Mosely has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Duncan started their career at Lloyds TSB Bank as a Senior Business Analyst in 1988. Duncan later worked as a Business Consultant at Pearl Assurance from 1991 to 1993. From 1994 to 2000, they worked as an Independent Consultant for various companies, including AXA and NatWest.

In 1999, Duncan joined AXA Life and held multiple roles, including Operations Director and Head of Business Development. Duncan also served as Head of Market Strategy at PPP Lifetime Care, where they led a fundamental review of the long-term care market.

Duncan also took on various roles at Prudential Assurance, including Service Development Director & Bulks Operations Director and Managing Director of Prudential Process Management Services (India).

Most recently, Duncan has been working at Guardian Financial Services as Operations Director and later as Chief Operating Officer since 2016.
