Rachael Welsh has a diverse professional background with experience in various marketing roles and customer service. Rachael is currently the Head of Marketing at Guardian Financial Services since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Partnerships and Marketing at Bequest from January 2022 to July 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they held multiple positions at Guardian Financial Services, including Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager. Before that, they worked at EE as a Senior Governance, Planning & Execution Manager, Channel Marketing & Planning Manager, and in Corporate Marketing. Rachael began their career at Tangible as a Senior Account Manager and later joined Bright Grey as a Marketing Consultant and National Partnerships Marketing Consultant. Rachael also worked as a Customer Care Consultant. Rachael started their professional journey as a Supervisor at Principles.
Rachael Welsh pursued their education from 1998 to 2004 at St Augustine's High School in Edinburgh. Rachael completed their formal education at The University of Edinburgh from 2004 to 2008, earning a Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Social Science.
