Naresh Mongroo

Naresh Mongroo has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and insurance industry. Naresh began their career at Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited as a Programmer Analyst, where they gained experience in programming and analyzing data. Naresh then joined Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago as a Project Leader IT Solutions Innovation, where they provided technical expertise and project management skills to various IT projects.

Naresh's career progressed as they moved to Guardian Group, where they held multiple positions. Naresh started as the Manager of IT Strategy and Innovation, where they successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives and developed performance improvement strategies. Naresh then became the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for managing company-level architecture, platform, and data configuration processes.

Naresh's expertise in technology and innovation led him to their role as the Group Chief Data Officer, spearheading and co-creating end-to-end digital initiatives for Guardian Group.
