Sasha Ali - Soondarsingh

Sasha Ali-Soondarsingh has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to internal auditing. Sasha started their career at PwC in 1999 as a Senior Internal Auditor and worked there until 2004. Sasha then moved to Citi as a Quality Assurance Manager from November 2004 to June 2006. After that, they rejoined PwC in the UK as a Manager in Internal Audit from July 2006 to September 2009. In 2009, they joined Sagicor Life Insurance Company as an Internal Auditor until May 2015. From May 2015 to December 2019, they worked at Citi as the Head of Internal Audit. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of Internal Audit at Guardian Group, starting in December 2019.

Sasha Ali-Soondarsingh attended St. George's College in Barataria. Sasha did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there. Additionally, they have received several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in March 2014, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in November 2005, and FCCA from ACCA in January 2001.
