Michael Herald

Michael Herald has a diverse work experience. Michael is the President & CEO of Guardian Healthcare since July 2022, where they previously served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer from January 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel of Guardian Healthcare from August 2017 to January 2021. Michael is also currently a Member of the Board of Visitors at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Member of the Board of Directors at Global Links since May 2021. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens from October 2013 to October 2021. Previously, they worked as a Director at Major, Lindsey & Africa providing consulting support to corporate legal departments from November 2015 to July 2017. Michael has also held roles as a Member of the Board of Directors at Wesley Spectrum Services from June 2013 to June 2016, and as a Litigation Attorney at Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton, P.C. PSMN® from February 2014 to November 2015. Michael also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank from November 2013 to November 2015.

Michael Herald has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from John Carroll University. Michael also has a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
