Lucas Braga has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager for Brazil Operations at Guardian Industries since September 2017. Previously, Lucas held various positions at Guardian Industries and Gerdau, including Plant Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Head of Production, where responsibilities included team training, safety management, and KPI oversight. Earlier roles encompassed logistics engineering and project management, with foundational experience as an intern at Itaipu Binacional. Lucas holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and additional qualifications in Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
